its cool how it is.... only try making the graphics better because you can see bricks in it.

Nice, but tip make font slightly larger, and more focused. Also work on blending, For the banner the main focus should be around the text, if you centered it more. and included some path tools, then maybe added so nice filters, it could actually turn out to be a pretty cool design.
