#2 I've seen Ruben add to his server.

It's been on alot of other servers to.

So it's not impossible =P

#2 would be almost impossible if coded from server and client which would create lag.

!WARNING I TRIED TO MAKE IT VERY SIMPLE!
Did you level up a certain skill by accident and it?s just driving you crazy?  (I know I have and it sucks)
Well instead of bothering the owners, admins, and mods of your tragic incident.
How about a ::command?

Example 1:
           ::resetskill (Skill Name Here)          BAM! It?s at zero, no more worries.
And you only get to reset the skill level to 0 (if you don?t want reset to 0, then you just reset to 0 and level it up yourself)

Example 2: 
             There should be an option when you go to the skill tab just right click any skill and click reset.             
BAM! AGAIN it?s at zero, no more worries.

Benefits
We all know that everyone makes mistakes and it would just make the server well?? a happy server }:D> with no feeling of regrets! Fill free to comment this suggestion.         ^_^
